So I went to London
And I have been searching
and sort of found
my center
level one
flapping around
like a penguine
with other penguines
in a room in London
trying to understand patterns
trying to see differences
trying to feel center
what we were from the beginning
and what we need
to return to.
I am stunned
by the human body.
